Welcome to GoFunnelCRM (“we,” “us,” “our”). By subscribing to or using the GoFunnelCRM platform and services (the “Service”), you (“you,” “Customer,” or “User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Subscription and Billing

GoFunnelCRM provides subscription plans billed on a recurring basis:

Monthly Plan: $97.00 USD plus applicable taxes, charged immediately at signup and automatically renewed each month until canceled.

Annual Plan: $970.00 USD plus applicable taxes, charged upfront and renewed yearly unless canceled.

Your subscription will remain active until you cancel it through the billing section of your account.

Additional Services and Usage Fees

Although GoFunnelCRM does not charge platform fees and all revenue you generate remains yours, certain optional services—such as AI tools, SMS, and Email features—are billed based on usage. These services are offered at competitive rates and are only charged when used.

Membership Benefits and Monthly Credits

All members enjoy unlimited users and contacts, along with a $5 monthly credit. This credit can be applied toward AI, SMS, and Email services to help reduce your costs.

Business Phone System Pricing

GoFunnelCRM lets you set up and manage a business phone system with features like automated calls, voicemails, and SMS:

Outbound Calls: $0.0147 per minute

Inbound Calls: $0.0089 per minute

SMS Messages: $0.0083 per segment

Your $5 monthly credit can cover roughly 340 outbound calls, 550 inbound calls, or 600 SMS segments each month at no additional cost.

Email System Pricing

Send emails through GoFunnelCRM’s built-in platform, designed to be more cost-effective than standard SMTP providers:

Email Sending: $0.675 per 1,000 emails

The $5 monthly credit allows you to send up to 7,142 emails without extra charges.

Email Validation Pricing

Maintain clean email lists with our verification services to reduce bounces and improve deliverability:

Email Validations: $2.50 per 1,000 verifications

The included $5 credit covers approximately 1,922 email verifications per month.

AI Services Pricing

Access AI-powered tools for automation, chatbots, content creation, and reviews:

Conversation AI: $0.02 per message

Review AI: $0.08 per response

Workflow AI:

GPT-4 & 4o executions: $0.036 each

GPT-3.5 & 4o Mini executions: $0.018 each

Content AI (for web pages, emails, etc.):

$0.0945 per 1,000 words

$0.063 per image

The $5 monthly AI credit covers roughly 135 GPT-4 executions, 52,910 words, or 80 images at no cost.

Domain Purchase and Connection

You can buy a new domain via GoFunnelCRM for $17 per domain, or connect any existing domain you own. This gives you full flexibility to brand your business as you wish.

Auto-Complete Address Feature

Simplify form completion using Google’s Address API:

Search Requests: $0.002972 per request

Address Completions: $0.00525 per API call

Enable this feature by dragging the Address element in the form builder and toggling on Auto-Complete.

Funnel AI (Beta)

Speed up funnel creation with Funnel AI:

The first five funnels you create are free.

Each additional funnel costs $0.99.

This option becomes available when building new funnels after activation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation immediately ends your membership and access to the platform.

To cancel:

Go to Settings > Company Billing

Select Cancel Subscription

Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods after cancellation.

Refunds and Disputes

We offer a 7-day refund period from the original purchase or renewal date if you are dissatisfied with our service. Requests must be submitted within this timeframe to [email protected], including your account and purchase details. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please check your billing statements regularly and ensure emails from GoFunnelCRM do not go to your spam folder. Requests beyond 7 days will not be honored.

Recurring Payment Authorization

By completing your purchase, you authorize GoFunnelCRM to charge your card automatically for recurring payments according to these Terms.

Sub-Account Transfer Policy

GoFunnelCRM allows incoming account transfers from other agencies but does not permit outgoing transfers to external agencies. This policy protects templates, systems, and resources within our community.

Data Privacy and Security

Your data remains yours. GoFunnelCRM uses industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for data loss due to user error or external events beyond our control.

Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive for reliable service, occasional maintenance or downtime may occur. GoFunnelCRM does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results, and disclaims liability for business losses due to service interruptions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, and intellectual property associated with GoFunnelCRM remain the sole property of GoFunnelCRM or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without explicit permission.

Purpose of SMS Messages

By opting in, users will receive recurring SMS messages from Go Funnel CRM regarding:

Updates & Notifications – such as order confirmations, shipping updates, appointment reminders, or account alerts.

Promotions & Offers – including special deals, discounts, and loyalty rewards.

Service Announcements – important company announcements or product/service updates.

Message Frequency

Users may receive up to 2 messages per week. Frequency may vary depending on user activity and service needs.

Opt-In & Opt-Out:

Users must affirmatively opt in (e.g., via web form, checkbox, or text keyword).

Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP, which will immediately stop all messages.

Compliance & Privacy

Messages are sent in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including TCPA compliance. Your personal information, including mobile number, will not be shared or sold for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Carrier Liability

By subscribing to SMS messages from Go Funnel CRM, you acknowledge and agree that:

SMS messages are delivered through your mobile carrier and Go Funnel CRM is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery.

Standard messaging and data rates may apply, and your mobile carrier is solely responsible for any charges incurred.

Go Funnel CRM is not liable for technical issues or service interruptions caused by your carrier or mobile device.

You are responsible for maintaining an active mobile phone account with a participating carrier to receive messages.

Eligibility / Age Requirement

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Go Funnel CRM, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Individuals under 18 years old are not permitted to enroll in or receive SMS messages from this service.

By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement.

Go Funnel CRM reserves the right to terminate SMS subscriptions if it is determined that a subscriber is underage.
